The golfers who come out best in April are not the ones who practice the most. They are the ones who practice on a schedule.
Here is the routine we suggest for anyone with a weekly bay slot. Ten minutes of mobility and easy swings, ten minutes of speed work with a light club, fifteen minutes on a single wedge distance and five on the putting mat.
Why it works
It is short enough to fit a lunch break. It repeats the same distances every week, so you notice change. And it keeps your hands on a club in January.
If you want to try it, book a bay in the first week of November.
